Very happy about this!! More places for young people to access surfing 🏄 🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️

We are removing barriers to enrichment and opportunity for young people unable to access full time education.

Sorry for the radio silence, I’d hoped to be able to share updates with you on my ultra, but had no signal! Anyway, we made it and apart from a few blisters, all in one piece! If you’d like to sponsor me and raise money for children’s mental health surf sessions, I’d be hugely grateful

So… due to the fact that all of my funded surf sessions for young people were snapped up in less than 24 hours, I am now raising extra money to open up more spaces. £150 will see a young person Surfing through the summer holidays which will make such a difference to their health and well-being. Please donate whatever you can. 🏄‍♂️🏄🏄‍♀️ Thanks to DCC for their initial funding.

We are totally stoked to announce that Devon County Council have awarded us funding to provide funded surf sessions to 11-18 year olds with low mental health. Local senior schools and organisations working with teenagers have been contacted and can refer young people to us. If you are an organisation working with young people and want to know more, please get in touch.

Absolutely stoked to announce that Tesco have awarded us funding to offer a ‘surfing for mental health’ course. Places will be awarded through social prescribers and other organisations. We will post updates here 💜

Thank you to Northam Town Council for our funding to work with local primary schools to offer surf sessions to some very deserving children. Your generous donation means we can continue to work with vulnerable young people in our community 🏄‍♀️🏄‍♂️🏄
