Midweek Salutations Crystal & Magickal Clan! So I mentioned on world Goddess day that whilst watching the smoke from the incense a spotted very clearly a beautiful blooming goddess.

> LIBANOMANCY <
⛤ Divination via incense smoke is called libanomancy. Which involved observing & interpreting the shape & patterns from the smoke of the incense, it also may have included looking at the way the ash of the incense falls as well. It was often believed if you asked a question over the burning incensed or were looking to discover knowledge of the future, that the smoke would reveal the answer.

⛤ The phrase “Libano”comes from the Greek word “libanos” which can mean frankincense, that’s because frankincense was historically burned for the purpose of incense divination.

It was also believed the way the smoke behaved also could also have tells for example;

✧ If the smoke clusters, it’s said to predict success, wealth & financial prosperity.

✧ Rising smoke that splits & forms two columns is said to predict madness or
the loss of a persons sanity.

✧ It’s was reputed that If the smoke drifted to the right hand side , that you would win against an adversary.

When the smoke is from a fire as opposed to burning incense, it’s called Capnomancy.

AMBER - strongly linked to the Goddess Freya & used by witches for centuries as a protective amulet. warm, cleansing, healing & detoxifying, boosts memory & intellect, manifests change, brings success & helps deflect negative thoughts

CHRYSOCOLLA - known as the “The Goddess Stone” or “The Wise Woman Stone” , great to awaken your inner Goddess, encourage confidence, creativity & bring joy, aid in bringing prosperity & new opportunities, whilst help to calming cleansing & re-energising.

Super flashy iridescent, & rainbowy!

~ PEACOCK ORE ~
joyful & positive energy, it’s associated with opportunity & new beginnings, used to stimulate new ideas, aids new friendships, creativity, energy & happiness, helps ease grief and sadness, encourages us to live in the moment & balances the left and right side of our brain.
Also believed to help us to recover lost items & can support removal of self imposed blocks.

These beauties are Chalcopyrites from Mexico that have been acid etched which brings out the bright rainbow colours that look like the colours of peacock feather, hence its name.

(Please note some Bornite is also known as/called peacock Ore, but they are a different mineral to the acid treated chalcopyrite)

This beautiful stone sometimes also named Celestine, its is beloved to help ease communication difficulties & gives us the courage and confidence to speak up when we need to. It’s said to help to calm us down when we feel angry or upset and helps us ensure our communication stays calm and effective and encourages forgiveness. This stone is also said to be great for connecting with the angelic realms & help us access & understand messages from our guardian angels.
