We are aware of the comments recently shared on social media. We recognise that working in healthcare can sometimes be challenging, the comments made do not reflect the values or standards of Ivel Medical Centre.

We see the people who come through our doors as our patients. We care about the people and community we serve and are committed to treating everyone with kindness, dignity and respect. We also expect our staff to be treated with the same respect.

Our patients and our team are at the heart of our Practice, and we will continue to work together to provide a caring, welcoming and respectful environment for everyone.

Week commencing 24/08/26 to 28/08/26 the prescription team will not be available in person or by telephone.

You can order your medication as normal.
They will be available again from 8.30am on 1/09/2026

Please be advised that parking to the side and rear of the Surgery is for STAFF ONLY. Over the past couple of weeks there have been a few incidents with patients going the wrong way into the staff carpark resulting in near miss collisions.
There are patient spaces at the front of the Surgery, but if these are full, there is a carpark across the road which is now free for 2hrs.

Friday 29th May open am only.
