It's how I discovered the phenomenal nurturing and healing power of sound and began my journey dedicated to learning and sharing to support others. Full circle becomes a spiral, igniting passions in others to share effective therapeutic sound.

✨️ Meditate embodying light, enjoy a rhythm circle to build energy and send health, happiness and peace to ourselves, those we love and beyond out into the world. Gaining insight and guidance.

There are beginnings and there are endings. It's the cyclical nature of our experience and the constant in an ever-changing world.

As I navigate a family bereavement and transitions that follow, there are changes to my schedule and offerings as I move through this space and tend myself and loved ones.

I'm forever grateful to be surrounded by such beautiful souls, true earth angels and leaning into the traditions and teachings I have learnt to support myself and others.

The passion to share comes from my own healing experiences and I'm reminded again how wonderful this is.

Morning Vibes

Our Sat morning sound baths times are changing.
This Sat 30th May is 10:30 - 11:45am.
From next week onwards it's 10 - 11:15am

This creates space for our Stepping Forward Cancer Support group.

I've been leading the Macmillan HOPE Cancer Support Course at Bedford hospital and wanted to create a space to continue with the strategies and techniques we cover in a drop in session.

This starts next Sat, 6th June 11:30 - 12:30. Free to join, a contribution towards refreshments welcome. This is a practical support session for anyone affected by cancer and will cover relaxation, pacing and many other techniques and strategies to support you as you step forward.

In treatment, post treatment, family or friend. All welcome.
