When people give Herbalife a go it makes me happy. It's not always easy to take a small leap of faith, try something new, put yourself first and be a bit different.

When people come back to Herbalife it's a whole different level of happy. I love it when people go and try other things, looking for new, looking for better, looking for different. So when they go, and try, and search and come back it only reinforces my belief in what we have and what we do.

Ever dieted and wondered why it hasn't worked or been sustainable having a yo-yo effect? Well the truth is....dieting isn't sustainable... Cutting carbs and counting calories doesn't work as your not changing your mindset, your lifestyle. No calories are equal (a kit kat may be less calories than an avocado..doesnt mean it's the healthier choice) and actually carbs are very important for normal function of our bodies and brain as they're our bodies main energy source. Without them we can be lathargic, moody, deprived and actually...long term, gain more weight!

It's all about balance and the type of carbs/calories we are consuming. This is why our new generation shake it's perfect 👌
It has the right balance of protein, good fats, good carbs, low sugar, packed full of vitamins and minerals for normal function of our bodies. Above that...it tastes incredible! All of this at only 220 calories but by being nutritionally dense (equivalent to a 1500 calories healthy meal) it's Def fast food for smart people and a complete no brainer!
