Hi everyone 🌸it's been awhile hasn't it!

Just a couple of updates, unfortunately I won't be taking any further Reiki treatment bookings at my home as I am in the middle of packing to move address, so my usual base is completely upside down!

However I am happy to discuss distance reiki healing and treatments at your home ✨

🌸 Over the next couple of weeks I hope to have some dates out for outdoor circles again 🌞 to connect with each other and nature as we have moved into the balance of Spring Equinox 🌸

And will hopefully be able to announce some very exciting news about a new circle coming soon 🏳️‍🌈

☕ Cacao is such a beautiful gentle medicine to connect in with our hearts, body, mind and soul ☕

✨What is Cacao Ceremony?✨

​​A Cacao Ceremony is a spiritual ritual that involves consuming ceremonial-grade cacao as a warm drink in a group setting to facilitate connection, healing, and self-exploration. It originates from ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions and has gained popularity in modern times for its ability to promote mindfulness and personal growth.

✨What can I expect? ✨

We will begin the Ceremony with a grounding practice and mindfulness to connect with ourselves, each other and Mother Earth.

We will sit with Ceremonial Grade Cacao made with oat milk and set our intentions for the evening and how we can work with Mamma Cacao.

We will then Journey with a guided drum meditation and allow the drum to take us deeper connecting in with our higher being, followed with some further sound healing for total relaxation.

We will then open circle for optional sharing if you'd like to share your experience, in a safe, non judgemental space.

To the woman who has lost her spark.
To the woman whose get up and go,
has well and truly gone.
This is for you.

This is to remind you,
that you don’t have to be
everything to everyone, every day.
You didn’t sign up for that.

Remember when you used to laugh? Sing?
Throw caution to the wind?

Remember when you used to
forgive yourself more quickly
for not always being perfect.
You can get that back again.
You really can.

And that doesn’t have to mean
letting people down or walking away.
It just means being kinder to you,
feeling brave enough
to say no sometimes.

Being brave enough to stop sometimes.
And rest.
It starts the moment you realise
that you’re not quite
who you used to be.

Some of that is good,
some of that is not.

There are parts of you
that need to be brought back.

And if anyone in your life is not okay with that…
they are not your people.

Your people will be glad
to see that spark
starting to light up again.

So, if you have been slowly fading away my friend, this is the time to start saying yes
to things that bring you joy
and no to things that don’t.

It’s really pretty simple.

What Is Reiki?
Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. The idea is that a Reiki practitioner uses gentle appropriate touch - to help guide the energy in a way that promotes balance and healing.

A Japanese man named Mikao Usui developed reiki in the 1920s. The term comes from two Japanese words: “Rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which loosely translates to a lifeforce of energy.
