Please remember to order your prescription at the Drs one week before its due, this gives time for the surgery to send this to us (which can be upto 3 working days) we then need a couple of days to order any stock and prepare your prescription. We have had a substantial increase in patients needing very large prescriptions same day , doing this helps us all. Thanks

Polite Reminder , Please read

If you have received an email letting you know we have received your prescription from the surgery, please allow the requested 2 working days before coming to collect, this allows us time to order the stock and prepare, emergency scripts are of course an exception.

Repeat Dispense (batch prescription) we hold here , please give us a call or pop in to order them, again we need 2 working days for these. As these are already with us please do not allow yourself to run out.

Prescriptions ordered from the surgery, we do not check over the phone, we receive hundreds of calls a day and its not possible to check the status of individual prescriptions, we offer an email service , if you have not signed up , please pop in and we can do this.

Home delivery days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, please order in plenty of time from your surgery as unfortunately we are unable to cover every area of billingham on each delivery day. Port Clarence delivery day is Friday.
