✨️Eeek it's all finalised✨️

💞The first Mother & Daughter Women's Circle 💞

I've been quietly bringing this idea to life alongside my women's circle, and I'm so excited to finally be able to share it with you.

I know how busy life can feel & how hard is sometimes is to find the time to connect with your children in a way that feels truly meaningful.

We're squeezing conversations in between school runs, work, homework, phones, cooking meals, clubs and everything else that fills our days.

Meanwhile, our daughters are growing up in a fast paced world that looks very different from the one we experienced ourselves when we were growing up.

There are so many pressures, expectations, things going on with social media, friendships, relationships and conversations they're having to navigate that many of us never had to face at their age.

As mums, we can sometimes find ourselves wondering...

How do I stay close to her as she grows?

How do I make sure she knows she can talk to me about anything?

How do I support her without always feeling like I'm telling her what to do?

And somewhere in the middle of all that...there's you too.

Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be messy, exhausting, emotional and sometimes downright confusing.

We spend so much of our energy making sure our children feel seen, heard and supported that we can forget that we need to feel seen too.

So I wanted to create a space for both of you.

A little time away from the noise and busyness of everyday life.

A chance to be present enough to really listen to each other.

To become curious about each other's inner world.

To talk about some of the things that can feel difficult, awkward or sometimes impossible to bring up at home.

To share, laugh, reflect and perhaps see one another in a slightly different way.

There will be gentle meditation and embodiment practices, journalling, reflection and guided conversation, with space to explore things like:

✨ Self-worth and confidence.

✨ Body image and feeling comfortable in your own skin.

✨ Friendships, relationships and boundaries.

✨ Peer pressure and the pressure to fit in.

✨ The world our girls are growing up in.

✨ Communication and honest conversations.

✨ Listening, understanding and being heard.

This space isn't about teaching you how to be a better mum.

And it isn't about telling your daughter how she should feel or behave.

It's about creating space for the two of you to meet each other exactly where you are.

Whether you're incredibly close, navigating a tricky season, or simply want to nurture the relationship you already share, you are welcome here.

You don't need to have the perfect relationship.

You don't need to know all the answers.

You don't need to know exactly what you'll both talk about.

Just come as you are.

Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give our daughters isn't having all the answers...

It's letting her see us as we really are — perfectly imperfect, still figuring it out too.

It's creating a relationship where they know they can come to us with anything.

And perhaps you'll both leave feeling a little more connected, a little more understood, and more open to really seeing each other, in a way you haven't been able to before..

Mother & daughter.

Two women.

One beautiful, ever-changing relationship.

Wow… it’s been a bit of a crazy 24 hours! 😅
Following the removal of my original post from one of the local groups, I’ve also unexpectedly had to make a venue change for my upcoming Women’s Circle. 🤍

The original venue has decided that some elements of the circle aren’t compatible with their Christian values, so unfortunately I’ve had to find a new space.

I’ll be honest… it’s been a lot to navigate, especially as 16 beautiful women have already booked their places for the September circle. But rather than let it stop us, I’ve found us a new space in Billingham and we’re going ahead! ✨

Sunday 27th September | 7:30–9pm
📍 Billingham
🤍 Women’s Circle
£15 per person.

The circle will still be the same gentle, welcoming space to rest, reconnect and remember who you are, with guided meditation, embodiment practices, journalling & reflection, Reiki healing, oracle card guidance, and sisterhood & connection.

For privacy, I’m sharing the exact venue details directly with those who book.

If you were following the original post or had been thinking about joining us, please feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to send you the details. 🤍

And to the 16 women who have already booked — thank you for trusting me and sticking with me through this unexpected little plot twist! 😂🤍
Sometimes the path changes… but the circle still finds its way. ✨

Message me to book.

The Good Girl inside us asks, “How do I look?”

The Wild Woman inside asks, “How do I feel?”

I know that voice inside your head that plants seeds of doubt...

How do I look when I dance?

Am I doing it right?

Am I s*xy enough?

Am I too much?

What will they think of me?

Oh the Good Girl knows how to perform.

She knows how to smile when she's tired.

How to swallow the anger down instead of being honest.

How to make herself smaller so she can fit in.

She knows how to be desirable, but not too s*xual.

How to be confident, but not too loud.

How to take care of everyone else first and put herself last.

She knows how to look okay when inside she's falling apart...

But the Wild Woman?

She wants to know:

What is happening inside me?

Where have my boundaries been crossed?

What does my body want to say?

What am I really feeling behind the mask?

What wants to move through me that I have kept inside?

What have I been holding onto when I know I need to let go?

What happens if, just for a little while, I stop worrying about how I look…
…and actually feel myself?

This is what I love about sacred dance.

It's not about choreography.

It's not about being a dancer.

It's not about looking beautiful.

It's about coming back into relationship with your body.

You put the music on.

You close your eyes.

You breathe.

And instead of asking your body to perform for someone else's eyes…
you listen.

Maybe she wants to shake.

Maybe she wants to stretch.

Maybe she wants to curl up on the floor.

Maybe she wants to sway.

Maybe she wants to take up the whole fu***ng room.

Maybe she wants to laugh.

Maybe she wants to scream & cry.

Maybe she doesn't want to move much at all.

All of it is welcome.

Because your body doesn't need to look a certain way to be worthy of being felt.

And this is where sacred dance becomes so much more than dance.

Over the years I've danced with my grief.

My anger.

My loneliness.

My frustration.

My sensuality.

My joy.

My rage.

I've danced with the little girl inside me who refuses to give up.

I've danced with the parts of myself I've spent years trying to hide.

I've danced awkwardly.

I've danced wildly.

I've danced with curled-up toes and absolutely no idea what I was doing.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped caring whether it looked good.

I started caring about whether it felt true to me.

And that, to me, is where real liberation exists.

You might discover something you didn't know you were carrying.

Something you've been too busy to feel.

Something you've been too afraid to say.

Or perhaps nothing profound happens at all.

Perhaps you simply spend two hours being connected with yourself inside a deeply held sisterhood.

So this is your invitation.

Not to become someone new.

Not to fix yourself.

Not to perform some perfect version of femininity.

But to remember the woman underneath all the conditioning.

The one who hides behind the good girl.

The woman who feels.

The woman who desires.

The woman who moves.

The woman who takes up space.

The woman who knows that her body belongs to her.

✨️Coming Soon✨️ 👀

I am over the moon to be bringing these back into my community...

My Women’s Circle is a space to slow down and come back into relationship with yourself — your body, your emotions, your inner knowing and the life you're actually living.

It's a space to help you release what you're ready to put down what your body is tired of carrying.

Somewhere where we can celebrate what's blooming

To grieve what needs grieving

To explore what wants to emerge through the numbness & fear.

A Women's circle is a place where you can rest,

To reconnect with your body,

To laugh or cry through the tears of joy & sadness,

To feel what is alive within you, the good, the bad and the things that feel ugly....

All of it is welcome...

Come & be witnessed in a deeply held sisterhood

And perhaps to remember something you've forgotten...

You matter too.

✨️Through guided meditation, embodiment, journalling, Reiki, oracle guidance, ritual and sharing, we'll create space to go a little deeper than the usual “How are you?”

Because sometimes what we really need isn't advice.

We need real connection.

We need to feel less alone in our world.

We need somewhere to hear our own voice again.

And sometimes we need other women to remind us of the strength we couldn't quite find in ourselves that day.

What you can expect:
✨ Guided meditation.
✨ Embodiment practices.
✨ Journalling & reflection.
✨ Reiki healing.
✨ Oracle guidance.
✨ Sharing & deep listening.
✨ Connection & sisterhood.
✨ Space to rest, release and simply be.

There is no experience necessary.

You don't need to be spiritual in any way.

You don't need to know what to say before you arrive.

You don't even have to share anything if you're not ready.

Just come as you are.

There is no perfect version of you required here.

Just you.

So if you've been craving deeper connection...
If you've been feeling a little disconnected from yourself...

If you're longing for somewhere you can breathe, be witnessed and remember what matters to you...
Maybe this is your circle. 🤍

Drop a comment below or message me and I'll make sure you're the first to know when dates are announced.

EEEEEK! 🔥🔥🔥 I’m SO excited to announce that WILDLY ALIVE is officially LIVE!

A two hour Sacred Dance & Journalling Experience for Women who are ready to feel alive & connected to her body.

I believe that there is a wildness inside every woman that was never meant to be domesticated.

You know, the part of you that wants to move without worrying about how she looks.

To feel your emotions without apologising or swallowing them down.

To take up space, follow her desires, and be fully alive in her body.

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to disconnect from that woman.

To stay composed.

To suppress our anger.

To hide our sensuality.

To make ourselves presentable, palatable and be seen as the good girl.

We can only perform this way of being for so long before something inside us starts asking to be felt.

We become numb.

Disconnected.

Overwhelmed.

We lose touch with our desires, our instincts, our vitality.

And little by little, we abandon ourselves in the name of being acceptable and to keep the peace.

For what??

For who??

At what cost??

Our feminine radiance and vitality perishing through every act of self abandoning, staying quiet, shutting ourselves down.

If you recognise that numbness — if you're ready to “remember the woman you were before the world told you who you should be— this is for you.

Through sacred dance and journalling, we'll step out of our heads and back into relationship with the body.

We'll move.

We'll feel.

We'll listen.

We'll express.

And we'll give words to what has been quiet for too long.

Not to become someone new.

But to remember the woman who was there all along.

The woman you were before the world told you who you should be.

I performed this poem for the first time 🌹

A couple of years ago, I wrote it as part of a poetry scholarship — and for reasons I'll keep close to my heart, I never got to perform it then.

At the weekend, in a teepee full of wild women, I finally did.

And it felt like the final act of healing for my journey.

This poem was born from the battle between the s*xes — the ancient war that so many of us have been fighting, in our bodies, in our relationships, in the stories we've carried about men and what they've done and who they are.

I know that war intimately.

But I also know what it costs to stay in it.

This poem is what happened when I chose to lay down my weapons — not in defeat, not in denial of the pain — but in the understanding that I am not here to win a war.

I am here to be a bridge between two worlds.

As a mother of boys, that isn't just my healing.

It is my responsibility.

To raise them in a way that honours their masculine nature — their strengths, their differences — while tending my own feminine fire.

To be their wise counsel, their guardian, and yet to raise them to leave my world so they can fully inhabit their own.

To love them so completely that I make myself unnecessary.

How bittersweet.

Performing this at the weekend felt like finally crossing from one shore to the other.

Like acceptance.

Like wholeness.

Like coming home.

Thank you for watching.

Trigger warning: this poem contains references to pain and darkness in relationships with men. Please be gentle with yourself as you watch. 🤍

My heart is so full after a phenomenal day facilitating my journal initiation at the WOW gathering yesterday.

It was so beautiful to witness such profound releases, healing & wisdom that came through for the women who joined me & I'm still in awe of each & everyone of them for their willingness & bravery to be so open to meet the most tender parts of their hearts through the power of words🌹📖❤️‍🔥.

To talk about men, s*x, relationships, divine feminine archetypes & how journalling can transform all aspects of your life is what I live for & each & everyone of you has nourished my heart & soul...

And...

I allowed myself to be seen by performing some of my poetry.

Thank you to Rie Pearson & Annalice Argyle for organising such a phenomenal event & for helping to change the lives of hundreds of women.

For any of you who didn't get chance to look/purchase a journal yesterday, you can find them on my etsy shop Her Soul Pages & Amazon.

I can't wait to return next year

Do you know what...

I'm gonna say it...

The world feels absolutely insane right now in certain places...

Time feels like it's speeding up...

Most days I get caught up in what the astrological f.***.k is going on to try & make sense of 'something'

And then I don't make sense of anything...

And so I accept that this weird humming ache in my belly & chest is just my nervous system on high alert for the next wave of collective bu****it that gets thrown our way...

Life feels increasingly hard for many of us in different ways...

I'm struggling being an ambitious entreprenerial mamma who is finding it hard to make money consistently & to keep up with 'following the steps' to do so.

I'm finding it hard to balance family, my home, looking after myself & to make time to connect with others because life has been really lonely & traumatic for me the past couple of years.

So if you are struggling...

I see you.

I see the exhaustion behind your eyes...

The weight you carry on your shoulders...

The knot you hold in your stomach...

You are not alone...

And if your a mamma reading this...

It doesn't matter if your children are young, old or have flown your nest...

I run the Mother's Hearth every Thursday morning over in a on-line sanctuary on Zoom at 10am -11.

It's an hour that I created just for you to come and switch off the mental noise...

Put down your to do list...

And lay your body down to rest in a deeply held space where you can connect to your body for some much needed soul nourishment.

It's £1 to register your place and pay what you can, no questions asked.

I'd love for you to join us.

Eeek I'm sooo excited to announce that It's here! 🌹

He's Not a Hairy Woman is now available as a recording — and I want it in the hands of every woman who has ever felt confused, exhausted, or invisible in her relationship with a man.

Because here's what I know to be true:

He's not broken.

He's not cold.

He's not withholding love to punish you.

He's just wired differently.

And once you understand that — really understand it at a biological level — everything shifts.

The way you speak to him.

The way you receive his silence.

The way you show up in love.

"This is gold."

"So many moments totally landed."
"I didn't realise how many walls I still carry — even after 15 years."

"There is hope for us yet."

That's what happens when women finally get the map they were never given.

🌹 He's Not a Hairy Woman — Masterclass Recording + Companion Guide.

Over 90 minutes of biology, truth and feminine wisdom — plus a beautiful 20 page companion guide to sit alongside it.

£33.33 — instant access.

This work is for women in relationships where love is present — even when it feels lost.

Link in bio or drop HAIRY in the comments and I'll send it straight to you. 💋

* If you are in a relationship where you don't feel safe, please know this content is not for you right now — and that you deserve support that meets you where you actually are.

And if you're in a place right now where love feels unsafe rather than just disconnected — I see you too. That's a different kind of work, and I'm here for that conversation as well. Send me a message, I'd love to talk to you. 🌹
