✨️Eeek it's all finalised✨️
💞The first Mother & Daughter Women's Circle 💞
I've been quietly bringing this idea to life alongside my women's circle, and I'm so excited to finally be able to share it with you.
I know how busy life can feel & how hard is sometimes is to find the time to connect with your children in a way that feels truly meaningful.
We're squeezing conversations in between school runs, work, homework, phones, cooking meals, clubs and everything else that fills our days.
Meanwhile, our daughters are growing up in a fast paced world that looks very different from the one we experienced ourselves when we were growing up.
There are so many pressures, expectations, things going on with social media, friendships, relationships and conversations they're having to navigate that many of us never had to face at their age.
As mums, we can sometimes find ourselves wondering...
How do I stay close to her as she grows?
How do I make sure she knows she can talk to me about anything?
How do I support her without always feeling like I'm telling her what to do?
And somewhere in the middle of all that...there's you too.
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be messy, exhausting, emotional and sometimes downright confusing.
We spend so much of our energy making sure our children feel seen, heard and supported that we can forget that we need to feel seen too.
So I wanted to create a space for both of you.
A little time away from the noise and busyness of everyday life.
A chance to be present enough to really listen to each other.
To become curious about each other's inner world.
To talk about some of the things that can feel difficult, awkward or sometimes impossible to bring up at home.
To share, laugh, reflect and perhaps see one another in a slightly different way.
There will be gentle meditation and embodiment practices, journalling, reflection and guided conversation, with space to explore things like:
✨ Self-worth and confidence.
✨ Body image and feeling comfortable in your own skin.
✨ Friendships, relationships and boundaries.
✨ Peer pressure and the pressure to fit in.
✨ The world our girls are growing up in.
✨ Communication and honest conversations.
✨ Listening, understanding and being heard.
This space isn't about teaching you how to be a better mum.
And it isn't about telling your daughter how she should feel or behave.
It's about creating space for the two of you to meet each other exactly where you are.
Whether you're incredibly close, navigating a tricky season, or simply want to nurture the relationship you already share, you are welcome here.
You don't need to have the perfect relationship.
You don't need to know all the answers.
You don't need to know exactly what you'll both talk about.
Just come as you are.
Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give our daughters isn't having all the answers...
It's letting her see us as we really are — perfectly imperfect, still figuring it out too.
It's creating a relationship where they know they can come to us with anything.
And perhaps you'll both leave feeling a little more connected, a little more understood, and more open to really seeing each other, in a way you haven't been able to before..
Mother & daughter.
Two women.
One beautiful, ever-changing relationship.
