I would like to say a huge thank you to the people of Saltaire.

Today was unprecedented for us in terms of sales. I cannot express how much I appreciate everyone’s support. It means the absolute world to me 🙏

I also met some gorgeous people, had amazing conversations and lots of giggles. One little boy completely stole to the show, what a character!

I often get asked how I do not end up keeping all my crystals that I purchase to sell.

The truth is I very much do! I’m a firm supporter of one for you, one for me 😂

The same can be said for jewellery. I often feel super drawn to something I’ve either bought or made and end up keeping it.

That has just happened with this bracelet that I’ve made this afternoon. It was intended for the new website but I can’t stop looking at it. It’s speaking to me!

But luckily, I have enough of the same beads to recreate it again.

My question is…

Should I make another with stretch elastic like this one or with beading wire and a sterling silver fastener? I never quite know which people prefer.

Good morning, everyone.

With so many new faces joining us recently 🙌, I thought it was the perfect time to say hello and reintroduce myself.

I’m Rachel, founder of Hart, Body & Soul; a Yorkshire-rooted brand inspired by the world, specialising in exclusive crystals and artisan gemstone jewellery. At Hart, Body & Soul, wellbeing meets understated luxury.

My journey with crystals began during one of the most difficult periods of my life; the loss of my beloved Bengal cat, Twinkle. She was truly my feline soul mate, and her passing hit me deeply.

It was through grief that I discovered the world of crystals, and I found that different stones supported me in different ways. Howlite, in particular, became a source of comfort during moments of crippling anxiety.

That personal experience sparked something in me, a genuine desire to share what I’d learned and to help others through crystal healing. Whilst I’m not a qualified healer, I bring with me a wealth of personal knowledge, experience, and heartfelt guidance on the healing properties of crystals.

As my passion grew, so did my offering. I began by carefully sourcing beautiful, ethically considered pieces, many from family run operations in Brazil before teaching myself the art of wire wrapping and beginning to create my own jewellery.

What started as curiosity has become a true craft, and I find the process of working with gemstones deeply therapeutic.

I’m also thrilled to share that is coming very soon, a new chapter I can’t wait to introduce you to.
