We’ll discuss what’s bothering you, assess your facial anatomy and movement, go through your medical history and talk honestly about the options that may be suitable for you.

Every face is different, and sometimes what you think you need isn’t necessarily what I’d recommend.

BARGAIN HUNTERS 👀😂

I love a bargain as much as the next person.

But when it comes to someone sticking needles in my face, I’m probably looking at a few other things before I look at the price 😂

There will always be cheaper treatments out there, and that’s absolutely fine.

I’ve just never wanted Vue to compete on price.

Good work, good products, honest advice and looking after my patients properly. That’s where I’d rather compete. 🤍

Running a business is hard!!!
Nearly every time I post something on here, I immediately regret it (don’t ask me why I just hate it 😩)

There’s genuinely a tiny window between pressing “share” and wanting to launch my phone into a field 😂

Running a business means constantly doing things that feel slightly embarrassing.

Talking to a camera when nobody asked.

Taking approximately 74 photos to get one usable one.

Posting something and checking 11 minutes later like it’s somehow going to have changed the trajectory of my entire business.

And the annoying thing?

Every time I disappear because I’m overthinking what to post… my diary gets quieter.

Every time I stop caring quite so much and actually show up again… people book.

Anyway. Here’s me looking incredibly busy running my business from underneath my two precious fur babies 😍

I’m still here and still very much running my business. If you don’t see many posts it’s because I’m not very good at keeping on top of this stuff 😂

Let’s talk about skin 🥰

Your skin doesn’t suddenly become “bad” overnight.

Usually it’s months (or years) of little things adding up.

Dullness.
Texture.
Pigmentation.
Dryness.
Breakouts that leave marks behind.
Makeup not sitting quite how it used to.

And then one day you look at it and think… what the hell do I even need? 😂

That’s why I’d much rather assess your skin properly than just book you in for whatever treatment you’ve seen online.

Botox is a luxury treatment to have consistently, not necessarily a quick fix 🤍

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with having Botox occasionally. Before a holiday, a wedding, your birthday, or simply whenever you fancy it.

But there is a difference between having an occasional treatment and having Botox as part of longer-term maintenance.

Botox works by temporarily reducing muscle movement. Less movement means the skin isn’t being repeatedly folded in the same places quite as much.

With consistent treatment, this can help prevent expression lines becoming more established and can allow existing lines to gradually soften.

If you already have deeper lines that are visible when your face is completely relaxed, one Botox treatment might soften them, but it may not completely remove them. Botox reduces the movement causing the crease, it doesn’t fill the crease itself.

And you don’t have to maintain it.

If you decide not to have another treatment, the effects gradually wear off, your normal muscle movement returns and you simply go back towards your baseline.

So whether you have Botox once for an occasion, every now and then, or choose to maintain your results consistently is completely personal.

It just helps to know what Botox can realistically do, especially if you’re hoping to improve lines that have been there for years. 🤍

Just me, in my little clinic, doing something I genuinely love 🤍

I think sometimes with aesthetics, Instagram can make everything look very polished and perfect. But behind Vue it’s literally just me 😂

A nurse prescriber, probably with a coffee somewhere nearby, spending far too long chatting to my patients and making sure nobody ever feels rushed or uncomfortable.

Proud moment!!
6 months after finishing my prescribing course…

These have finally arrived 😄😂

I knew I’d passed, but I didn’t actually realise I’d been awarded a Distinction!

It’s funny how a piece of paper can bring everything flooding back. All the hard work, the stress, the sacrifices… and now, seeing it in my hands, it’s hit me all over again that I actually did it. 🤍🥹
