I’m so excited to share that The Well Woman Method is now officially a registered trademark® 🎉

What started as a vision to support women through health, wellness, education and empowerment has become something real, protected and continuing to grow. Seeing these words on paper feels like a reminder that dreams built with passion, consistency and purpose really can become something tangible.

This isn’t just a name to me — it represents helping women reconnect with themselves, understand their bodies better, improve their health, build strength and create a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.

✨ Balanced breakfasts don’t need to be complicated — they just need to nourish your body properly. ✨

This is one of my favourite Well Woman Method style breakfasts, and honestly it keeps me full for hours!

🍠 Air-fried sweet potato slice (think of this as an alternative to sourdough)
🍳 Scrambled eggs with added cottage cheese
🥑 Avocado
🥬 Wilted spinach

Why I love it 👇
✔️ Protein from the eggs + cottage cheese helps support muscle, hormones, energy and keeps you fuller for longer.
✔️ Healthy fats from avocado help support hormone production, brain health and balanced blood sugar.

PCOS – something I work with personally, not just professionally 🤍

Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common hormonal conditions in women… yet so many are left confused, dismissed, or told to “just go on the pill.”

PCOS isn’t just about ovaries – it’s a hormonal imbalance that affects the whole body.

It often involves:
• Higher levels of androgens (male hormones)

Carrot Cake Baked Oats (Hormone-Friendly) 🥕🤍

Your go-to for a balanced breakfast or cosy dessert—high protein, high fibre, and keeps you full for hours.

Ingredients (1 serving):
• 40g oats
• 1 carrot, finely grated
• 1 apple, finely grated
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 egg
• 5 crushed Walnuts
• 3 chopped dates
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp mixed spice (optional)

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mash the banana, then mix everything together until combined.

Pour into a small oven dish or ramekin.

Bake for 20–25 mins until set and golden on top.

Protein Topper:
• 100g Greek yogurt
• 1–2 tbsp powdered egg whites
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• Dash vanilla extract
• Sprinkle cinnamon

Mix until thick and creamy, then spread over your warm baked oats 🤌
