Almost 300 meetings across the country tonight 7-9pm. Open to men of all ages/sexuality/race/beliefs. I’ll be attending the one at Clare Mount Specialist sports college this evening. Come and have a brew and a chat with some great guys. No pressure. If things are good with you come tell us all about it. If things are not so good with you come and tell us. Or don’t say anything. Listen to the stories of men who have been through their own journeys. The more men that attend the more we can normalise talking and help break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.

There is a massive problem at the min with men’s mental health and people need to start realising and talking about it.
Organisations like are out there to try and help and make a difference for any men out there that may be struggling. Or if you know someone that is.
