The boots are coming back out, the fitness sessions are getting harder, and the complaints about tight backs and shoulders have already started 😆

A bit of cupping therapy added into today’s treatment session to help with recovery and mobility.

Looking forward to another season pitch-side, helping players stay fit, recover well and perform at their best. ⚽️

I’m excited to launch my first Runner Mobility & Recovery Workshop.

After more than a decade as a Sports Therapist and completing 10 marathons, I’ve put together a practical, hands-on workshop designed to help runners improve mobility, recover more effectively and reduce injury risk.

Whether you’re training for your first 5k, a half marathon, a marathon, or simply enjoy running recreationally, this workshop is suitable for all abilities.
