Loved creating these designs with my client 🫶🏼

Fine line tattoos are all about subtlety, precision, and a softer aesthetic ✨

Unlike traditional tattoos, which use bolder lines and heavier saturation, fine line work is created using smaller needles and a lighter touch. The ink is still placed in the dermis (the layer of skin where tattoos live), but because the lines are so delicate, the margin for error is much smaller.

During healing, it’s completely normal for fine line tattoos to soften slightly. This is part of the process — your skin settles, and the tattoo becomes more natural-looking rather than sharp and harsh. However, because the lines are so fine, some areas may heal lighter or need reinforcing.

Pigment is implanted under the surface of the skin, this technique creates a soft, powdery makeup look. By brushing and inserting pigment into the skin, it will build the pigment layer by layer producing a gradient of colour. This look is great for those who prefer a little more definition to their brows and is best for those with oily skin and for cover ups or correction.
