The things the client doesn’t see… 🤎

Behind every treatment, every calm room and every “I feel so much better” is a whole other side of running my business that nobody really sees.

It’s donating vouchers to charities and fundraisers without expecting anything back. It’s sitting up late editing videos, creating content and thinking of the next crazy idea when I should probably be asleep. 😂 It’s sacrificing time with my family and partner because there’s always something that needs doing.

It’s the sleepless nights doubting myself, wondering if I’m doing enough, then waking up the next morning with another 47 ideas. 🙃

It’s going into the spa on my days off because I know a client is struggling and could really use that hour of self-care. It’s cleaning, washing, tidying, restocking and resetting the shop when nobody is watching.

None of those things get a clap. Nobody really sees them.

But I don’t do them for a clap.

I do them because I genuinely care about what I’ve built, the people who walk through my door and how they feel when they walk back out. 🤎
