Drum Birthing & Rattle Making Workshop in Avebury

Join Rob and Amanda for a powerful two-day journey of rhythm, connection, creativity, and ceremony in the sacred landscape of Avebury.

No experience needed — just an open heart.

10 am - 5pm

Sunday 27th September 2026
10 am - 2pm

✨ Limited to just 13 spaces

Over the weekend you will:
🌿 Create your own shamanic drum, be**er and rattle.
🌿 Connect with the heart of this ancient landscape and like-minded souls
🌿 Journey through rhythm, ceremony, and sound
🌿 Remember your medicine, power, and truth

All materials provided • Guided and held in ceremony.

Bring your own lunch but there are facilities for hot drinks and full use of the kitchen area . There is a refrigerator on site that can be used to store food overnight.

Car parking permits can be issued to those in attendance.

18 inch frame drums made from a choice of
Birch , Willow, Ash or Oak

Choice of hides for drums and rattles are Stag , Horse or Reindeer

We will be making be**ers to go with your drum.

Bring a be**er handle of your own personal choosing or we could provide you with one of ours.

Investment of £ 415
(£50 non-refundable deposit secures your place.

For thousands of years, shamans and traditional cultures have used drumming as a powerful tool for healing, grounding, and entering deep meditative states.

That same ancient practice is still accessible today.

A drumming circle is more than simply sitting in a circle making a noise —it’s a shared experience that forms a sense of working together as a community.

The steady beat can help reduce stress, boost mood, and create a strong sense of connection to leave you with a feeling of belonging to something much more than what today's fast paced world will allow.

You can participate with some of the spare drums provided or simply allow the sound and vibration to envelop you.

The end results are similar to that of a soundbath.

No musical experience needed—just come along and let the rhythmic sound leave you feeling more relaxed or energised by the healing power of the drum.
