As we move towards the Autumn Equinox, the body naturally begins to slow, soften and seek steadiness.

Join myself and Red Kite Drums for a gentle pause before the season shifts. A cosy afternoon of soothing drums, slow yoga and grounding meditation to help you release what you no longer need.

We'll prepare the mind and nervous system for the balance of the Equinox, creating space for calm, clarity and deeper connection. A warm friendly space for anyone who wants to enter Autumn feeling rooted and supported.

Homemade gluten free cake, healthy snacks and herbal teas included.

A great big heartfelt thank you goes out to the folks that stopped by at our stalls at Irish World heritage centre for the All-Are Love event. ( I probably speak for all of the exhibitors)

I hope we filled your expectations and would be happy to meet you all again at a future event.
We had a fantastic time and it's all down to the hard efforts of the organiser Jen Win and the kind energy that each of you brings to these events.

For thousands of years, shamans and traditional cultures have used drumming as a powerful tool for healing, grounding, and entering deep meditative states.

That same ancient practice is still accessible today.

A drumming circle is more than simply sitting in a circle making a noise —it’s a shared experience that forms a sense of working together as a community.

The steady beat can help reduce stress, boost mood, and create a strong sense of connection to leave you with a feeling of belonging to something much more than what today's fast paced world will allow.

You can participate with some of the spare drums provided or simply allow the sound and vibration to envelop you.

The end results are similar to that of a soundbath.

No musical experience needed—just come along and let the rhythmic sound leave you feeling more relaxed or energised by the healing power of the drum.
