Adriana has a vast knowledge and experience in the industry and will ensure that you get the right guidance and support to enable you to confidently apply and refine your new skills in the outside world

Our courses offer a wide range of beauty and holistic training

which are suitable for anybody wishing to work in the industry or for anybody who just wants to do it for themselves. All the courses are small classes so that we can offer personal tuition to all students. Courses are run on most days and evenings and can be tailored to suit you . We also offer an intensive beauty therapy training course packages. Our courses are mainly practical based with relevant theory to back it up with case studies and assessment to ensure you get all the knowledge and skills required. On completion of the course you will gain an accredited certificate, this will enable you to get insurance to work on the public.

Journey through the chakras retreat day 🧘🏻‍♀️

Monks Cottage Sanctuary 🏡 🧘🏻‍♀️🫶

Join us on a day to clear open and activate your chakras..
We will be moving through the the energy centres clearing opening and activating ✨
Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means wheel or circle 🌀

In kundalini yoga we focus on eight chakras.
The three Lower chakras are known as the lower triangle. Root, sacral and solar plexus.

The centre is the heart chakra.

The three higher are known as the upper triangle. Throat, third eye and crown.

The eighth chakra is the aura or the magnetic field of the body⚡️

During the day we will do a kriya (set of exercises ), breathwork, mantra and meditations to cleanse, open and activate the chakras bringing balance, vitality, healing and regeneration 💫

This is a time to reset and renew the energy within 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Light refreshments are included 🍏🥗

Followed by a Gong bath for a vibrational deep healing journey ✨ the focus being on emotional and spiritual well being 💖🌸🥰
