𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭? 🌿

A welcoming volunteer weekend is bringing people together to care for the woodland, help in the growing areas and support the development of this special community space.

📅 Thursday 6th–Saturday8th August
📍 The Splash Woodland Project , Sollom, PR4 6HS
⛺ Free camping
🥪 Please bring your own food
☕ Snacks and drinks provided

Individuals, families and friends are all welcome, with activities suitable for different ages and abilities.

❤️ The moment I stopped trying to control people, places and outcomes…

…was the moment life became lighter❤️

It’s amazing when you finally stop chasing people who want to leave, stop forcing doors that refuse to open, stop trying to make everyone understand my way!

And when I finally did that something incredible happened…

The right people found me.
The right opportunities arrived.
Peace returned and replaced the anxiety ❤️

Healing teaches us that control is often fear wearing a disguise!

When you release the need to control everything around you, you finally have the energy to focus on the one thing you can change…

You! 💃🏻

Because the truth is…

What’s meant for you won’t require you to force it.
What’s leaving is making room for what’s coming.
And what is truly yours will never need to be chased.

Sometimes surrender isn’t giving up…
It’s finally trusting life enough to let it unfold.

🌾 Happy Lammas 🌾 (I’m a tad late)

This weekend I’ve had the privilege of spending time on my Turn of the Wheel training, and my heart feels so full ❤️

To be held…
To be seen…
To be heard…

By such incredible women is an absolute gift. ❤️

It’s been a weekend of deep releasing, learning, reflecting and, of course… plenty of laughter. We even squeezed in a swim in the sea! 🌊

As we celebrate Lammas, the first harvest of the Wheel of the Year, we’re invited to pause and ask ourselves…

What have I been growing over the last 12 months?

Not just in our careers or achievements…
But within ourselves.

Our courage.
Our resilience.
Our healing.
Our capacity to love.
Our willingness to let go of what no longer serves us, and boy have I let go 💃🏻

Today I’ve really taken stock of how far I’ve come over the past year.

The woman I am today isn’t the same woman I was 12 months ago.

And for that, I am deeply grateful.

Grateful for every lesson.
Grateful for every challenge.
Grateful for every person who has walked beside me.
And grateful for this incredible opportunity to keep coming home to myself.

Sometimes the greatest harvest isn’t what we’ve achieved…

It’s who we’ve become 🥰
