MEDITATION

I have many people coming to see me lately with issues including anxiety, stress, depression, over whelmed , grief and insomnia.
As well as reiki I offer them simple techniques to help ease and calm the mind. These feelings can make you feel like your head is going to explode with the heaviness of these negative feelings. They feel as if they don’t know which way to turn.
I know the mention of the word meditation to people conjures up been expected to switch off and take your mind to calming places etc but it’s not like that. It’s not what you might expect.
I offer bit by bit bite size easy ways to still the mind and find peace. I work with clients on a one to one to gently and easily find ways to cope with their mental issues. We discover together their own ways to help cope with their feelings. Everyone is different and what works for one might not work for the other.
It’s a journey of healing.
I do have a Wednesday morning group if you want to join a general meditation group. This starts at 10.30.
OR I offer one to one help and support through general time slot bookings where as a qualified teacher of meditation I can help
