Soooo, the time has come.

I’m not sure how I’m feeling about it: nervous mostly, but I know that it has to happen.

My surgery date for carpal tunnel is Monday 15th June.

It might not seem like a lot to most, but this is my livelihood that is going to be grossly affected. Due to my profession, my recovery is likely to be 3 whole months. I work with clients from Monday to Friday, every day, so that is a loss of earnings and separation from what I love doing, for 65 days.

The procedure itself is simple, clean and quick.
The time after it will be complicated, slow and really inconvenient.

Being given time to redirect my focus may create new opportunities, it might freshen up my self and being.
Time that will suddenly be freed, can then be occupied by new thoughts and practices.

The outcome will be far better than what I have been living with for the past 2 and a half years and I am excited to see what life is like on the other side. Part one of being pain free is about to commence!

To all of my wonderful clients: please be patient with me because I will return. I have an incredibly talented team of body workers at Space who will take care of you, so please message me if you would like a personal recommendation of who would best suit your needs.

To all of my wonderful practitioners & people that I work with daily: you are truly the best. I love having you around me and I thank you for being so genuinely caring throughout this episode of my 16 year long career.
