I popped down to our wonderful venue today for a last bit of planning for our mini retreat... what a beautiful place it is

Last time we were there bluebells dotted the landscape... today foxgloves were growing amongst the ferns everywhere you look... the wild flower meadow in it's full glory... birds singing high in the trees... squirrels dashing here and there... I had to make myself leave

We have a wonderful day planned with yoga, meditations, reiki and so much more

The only thing we can't control is the weather but we can only hope the gods are kind... today was glorious but the weather app changes daily... an alternative date will be arranged in the case of bad weather

We still have spaces left but booking closes Wednesday so don't delay if you want to grab one

£65 per person including lunch. £20 non refundable deposit required at the time of booking

Enjoy single treatments of reiki, head massage, body massage, and ear candles, or combine 2 or more for a journey into deep relaxation... you won't care what the weather does

We are very excited to announce our collaboration for a Summer Solstice mini retreat - celebrating the longest day of the year - within the beautiful 400 year old woodland at Buzzards Valley in Tamworth 🍃✨

This wonderful 5 hour event beginnings after we have welcomed you to the space with a gentle stroll along the woodland trail to fully experience our stunning setting 🍃✨

Cath will then guide you through 90 mins of uplifting Hatha yoga, pranayama & short relaxation - to fully connect the mind, body & soul 🍃✨

We will then break for a vegetarian lunch under the shelter of the Bluebell canopy 🍃✨

Karen will then lead you for a short walking meditation into the woods... connecting with the trees... before returning to our spots for gentle breathworth, before coming to rest... snug and cosy... ready for a final meditation before the love & light of Reiki flows in beneath their canopy 🍃✨

Investment - £65 per person (a non refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot)

The remaining £45 balance to be paid on or before 20/6/26.
