To my facebook friends who live in the Birmingham (UK) area!
I'm starting a new class teaching the Yang Style Tai Chi form at Sweetfields cafe each Tuesday evening. This one and half hour class begins this coming Tuesday 24th February and is fine for beginners. The first class is free so come along and give it a try if you've been looking for a Tai Chi class and live near by πŸ™‚πŸ™β˜―βœ¨
