🍰 A New Chapter at Hodge Hill Grange 💙

Today we marked the end of our time with HC-One and the beginning of an exciting new chapter as Care Concern Group takes over Hodge Hill Grange Care Home.

To mark the occasion, we were kindly treated to a lovely cake, which went down very well! 🍰☕️

Here’s to new beginnings, happy memories and continuing to make Hodge Hill Grange a wonderful home for our residents. 🏡❤️

Last week our residents enjoyed a fantastic visit from ZooLab! 🐍🐌🐛

We had the chance to meet some amazing animals, including a snake, a centipede and a giant African land snail. It was a wonderful hands-on experience, with plenty of smiles, curiosity and lots of interesting facts to learn.

A big thank you to ZooLab for such a memorable visit! 💚

⏱️ Ready, set, GO! 60-Second Ball Swap Challenge! 🏐💙

Our residents had a fantastic time taking on a fast-paced ball swap challenge against the clock! In just 60 seconds, there was lots of laughter, teamwork and friendly competition as everyone tried to beat the timer. 😄
