🌟The Yorkshire Three Peaks 😃🌟

What a week to explore the Yorkshire Dales! 😃☀️

We’ve really enjoyed climbing the three Yorkshire Peaks; Ingleborough ⛰️, Whernside ⛰️and
Pen-y-Ghent ⛰️ (on three separate days just to clarify and not all in one day! 😄)

The views were absolutely stunning and the weather couldn’t have been better! 😃⛰️☀️

Such fabulous countryside and very special family time ☺️.

A lovely refresh ready for a fantastic week in clinic and the boys ready for the last half term at school! 😊

⭐️It was great to catch up with the lovely Suezy from this week 😊⭐️

Pioneer medical provide the pessaries I use in clinic and they also supply some wonderful perinatal recovery and support products.

Products such as support shorts for pelvic floor support in pregnancy and postpartum, a beautiful pregnancy /postpartum pampering package .bod and pelvic floor trainer for pregnancy and postpartum 😃.

⭐️Bank Holiday family cycle ride in the beautiful Wyre Forest today 🚴🏻‍♀️🚴‍♂️😃⭐️

We’ve all enjoyed a lovely cycle in the gorgeous 🌲🌳🌲. Great fresh air and so grateful the weather was good to us today! 😊

Ready and refreshed for a great week in clinic 😃🙌.

I’ve got a great caseload mix this week including; ultra marathon prep, postnatal rehab back to running, Mummy MOTs, pregnancy MOTs, knee rehab, post knee replacement rehab, post hysterectomy rehab, shoulder injury rehab and more 😃.

⭐️😊 I’ve really enjoyed being a part of the Festival with , and this week😊⭐️

I presented a webinar on:

Overcoming taboos and barriers for women and girls in sport. With a specific focus on the role of the pelvis and the pelvic floor.

There are many barriers throughout a woman’s lifetime which can affect their ability to stay active and in sport. Pelvic floor problems are often a silent barrier to sport and activity and are still a taboo subject.

Hopefully we can start to make conversations about the pelvic floor more routine in sporting and gym environments. So women become more comfortable speaking about pelvic floor problems that can be addressed so that then they can stay active comfortably and confidently 😊🙌.

Screening for pelvic floor problems early, addressing them and staying active happily and confidently 😊👌🏼.

⭐️👶Postnatal Rehab back to running 😊🏃‍♀️👶⭐️

Huge congratulations to for her amazing dedication and focus on her safe and effective rehab back to running after having a baby 😊🙌.

It’s been a pleasure to be part of the rehab journey, building strength and endurance throughout 😊🏃‍♀️💪.

⭐️ I’m delighted to be part of the Festival that is taking part of the next few weeks 😃⭐️

The EmpowerHer Festival organised by and is providing training, courses and education for coaches and leaders within sport to help provide positive experiences for women and girls to be active 😃🙌. Something that I am so very passionate about! 😊

I will be presenting a free webinar on:

Pelvic Health and Pelvic Floor problems within Sport that can be present in women and girls. Including; incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain.
Discussing how these symptoms can be screened for and how they can be addressed to help women and girls stay in sport.

⭐️🏃My client .attwell is running the length of Ireland 🇮🇪 in May for charity 😊🙌🏃⭐️

His strength, determination and motivation through preparing for the event has been incredible 🙌.

In physio we’re addressing any niggles, sprains and strains along the way and going through effective recovery methods and tools to help on the journey 😃.

⭐️ Happy Easter ! 😊⭐️

We’ve had a lovely few days break on the beautiful Northumberland coast 😍.
With wonderful coastal walks, including a nice long walk to 🏰😊.
There’s been lots of running up and down sand dunes and of course, plenty of football 😃⚽️.

Wishing you all a fabulous Easter time.
