It’s not helpful having so much confusing and contradicting info out there too.
Good and Bad food
Syns
Low carb diets
Keto
Sugar is the devil
Points
Fasting
Vegan
Palo
The list goes on and on
But I promise its actually quite simple

There is no secret pill or potions, no fat loss super food or specific diet that works, its just about adding better things into your diet and reducing the things we know hold us back
Remember, meals out, alcohol, sweet treats and takeaways can exist in a healthy diet HOWEVER they have to exist around all the good stuff too.
I wish I could say we can achieve great results and benefit from only grabbing food on the go, not prepping meals at home, eating out all the time and drinking most nights, but its simply not true.
We need that BALANCE ⚖️
