One of our favourite 'types' of transformations, is when we get a client 'back in the saddle' of exercise after a lengthy hiatus due to an unresolved injury.
And that's because a lot of people who live with pain everyday, simply lose hope on ever 'feeling right' again.
So to help somebody rebuild their body confidence (and not just in an aesthetic way!) fills us with a real sense of achievement.
And especially when you can help that person get REALLY STRONG as well!
That said, today's success story is about Bryony, who fits this transformation profile perfectly.
And that's because Bryony, was involved in a car crash 8 YEARS PRIOR to joining Shapeshifters.
Which left her in chronic neck, back and shoulder pain.
So to help Bryony get back on track, our multi-disciplinary team of (Sports Therapist, Personal Trainer and Nutritionist) all chipped in to get Bryony out of pain and into (incredible) shape in ONLY 16 WEEKS!
Which also resulted in an hourglass figure that most women would die for!
Now unfortunately, this is one of our archive transformations, which means we don't have a Progress Report to show off her body compositional changes.
But as the images highlight, Bryony lost a huge amount of body fat (especially from her mid-section, hips and thighs)...
Whilst gaining a significant amount of muscle in her glutes and legs to 'balance out' her upper body...
Which really emphasises her tiny waist and (enviable) hip:waist:chest ratio.
But besides the physical praise, something that absolutely deserves a mention is Bryony's work ethic.
And that's because, even though Bryony had never been a 'gym person', she placed her trust in our process and did everything that was asked of her...
Even though this was back in the early days when our process was a little less, ahem, forgiving 👀
So all in all, a great success!
Please join us in congratulating Bryony on her induction into the Shapeshifters Hall Of Fame, a Shapeshifters icon who embodies the practice of extreme ownership.
PRO TIP: If you've got an hourglass figure and want to maximise your potential, DON'T STARVE YOURSELF THIN!
Instead; put some muscle in the right places to accentuate your curves!
