Did you know that a part of the Medilink service includes the personalised cutting of stoma bags?

This is done by our incredible cutting room team of 19 – not only do they cut all the bags to size by hand, but they also add signed cards to each of our customers💙

Ieva Gumbele, the Cutting Room Team Leader, shares how the team works, “The cutting room is a fast-paced environment where we handle a consistently high volume of orders. Our team works with a strong focus and urgency throughout the day to keep everything moving efficiently. It’s a busy space, but we maintain good communication and stay organised to meet the demand.”

“I genuinely love my job, and I feel proud knowing that the bags we cut go straight to our customers. Adding our signed card helps build a closer connection, and the positive feedback we’ve started receiving from Medilink members really motivates us to work even harder.”

From a dinner filled with smiles and a mind-blowing magician who made the evening unforgettable, to the inspiring speakers who shared their powerful stories throughout the day, the Salts Collective: Spring Edition was an event to remember.
