💫What Happens During a Reiki Session?
If you've never had Reiki before, it's completely normal to feel a little curious (or even nervous!). My aim is to make you feel relaxed, comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
🌸Before Your Session
A few days before we meet, I'll send you a message asking if there's an intention you'd like to bring to your session.
This can be anything on your heart or mind. You may want to feel calmer, sleep better, let go of stress, find clarity, or simply take time for yourself. If you’re unsure of your intention, that’s completely okay as we can explore it together.
🌸When You Arrive
Before the session begins, you’ll receive an Angel Oracle card to guide and support your experience.
We’ll have a little chat about how you’re feeling and what you’d like to get from your session. This is your time, so you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. I'll explain what Reiki is, what you can expect during the session, and answer any questions you might have.
🌸During Your Reiki Session
You'll stay fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment couch. I'll make sure you're cosy with a blanket if you'd like one, and soft relaxing music will be playing in the background.
Using gentle hand placements on or just above your body, I'll channel Reiki energy to wherever it's needed most.
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people feel warmth or tingling, some feel deeply relaxed, some see colours or images, and quite a few people drift off to sleep! Whatever you experience is completely right for you.
🌸After Your Session
I'll share any messages, sensations or insights that came through for me during the session.
You will receive a Moonology Oracle card with a message of guidance and reflection to support you as you move forward.
I will WhatsApp you an aftercare sheet, a photo of your Angel/Moonology Oracle card with its guidance, and an assessment of your chakras so you can reflect on your session and revisit everything whenever you need to.
My hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, calmer and more connected with yourself than when you arrived.
