💙 August started with safety at the top of the agenda!

A little throwback to our Ligature Training on 4 August — serious subject, focused team and still a few smiles along the way! 😊

Training like this ensures our teams continue building the confidence, awareness and practical knowledge needed to recognise risks and respond safely when it matters most.

Because keeping our young people safe means learning, practising and always being prepared. 💙👏

💪 Ending July STRONG… quite literally 😂

A little throwback to our team completing their Physical Intervention & Conflict Management Training at the end of July!

There may have been a few tired arms by the end of it 😂, but behind the laughs is something incredibly important - giving our teams the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to respond safely, calmly and appropriately when situations become challenging.

Keeping our young people and our teams safe will always come first. 💙

We’re looking for bubbly people to join our residential children’s homes across the West Midlands, with opportunities around Wolverhampton, Walsall and Cannock.

🌱 Never worked in residential childcare before?
That doesn’t necessarily mean this career isn’t for you.

We provide the training, guidance and support — you bring the kindness, patience, willingness to learn and the ability to survive the occasional very long game of Uno. 😂🃏
