A client walked into my clinic last week, completely skeptical.

He didn’t originally come to see me for low mood or depression, but as a practitioner, it was immediately clear to me how much heavy lifting his nervous system was doing.
When I asked if he’d ever spoken to anyone, he said no. He’s “not a talker,” and this was the first time he’d ever reached out.

When someone is trapped in that headspace, traditional talk therapy can feel incredibly daunting. But this is exactly why working with the subconscious mind is so powerful—it doesn’t require you to be a “talker” to get results.

That was just seven days ago.

Today was his second session, and the shift in just one single week is massive.

He’s gone from tossing and turning to falling asleep the minute his head hits the pillow.
Most importantly, he told me he is finally waking up without that physical, twisted knot of dread in his stomach.

And here is the incredible thing: this wasn’t even what he came to see me for.
This entire shift was just a byproduct. It was completely in addition to the main reason he walked through my door.

Can we just take a second to look at what’s actually possible? 🚀

This is exactly why I do what I do.
One of my clients got in touch, and the progress is just unreal.

He’s hit 101kg—the lightest he’s been in decades.

He’s sitting right on the edge of smashing that 100kg barrier. But it’s the “how” that really gets me.

He’s done all of this while recovering from a full knee replacement surgery.

Now, most people would have written off the last few months, wouldn’t they?
They’d say, “I’ll get back to it once the leg is sorted.” But not him.

He was there in his hospital bed, recordings on, doing the mental work while his body was still catching up.
He didn’t wait for things to get easy; he just got on with it.
Now he’s back in the pool for hydrotherapy and he’s already moved the goalposts for what he wants to achieve next.

That is the power of a rewired mindset. It isn’t about forcing yourself to be disciplined; it’s about doing the small things every day. Then after a while those things just become who you are

I’m incredibly proud of him.

When you shift your focus like this, results that felt impossible for twenty years suddenly become inevitable.
