Some days the lurgy really does make itself at home — kids love to share, don’t they. But today reminded me how easy it is to slip out of the habits that help us thrive. A week of ultra‑processed convenience foods caught up with me, so today it’s back to carrot sticks, celery and hummus.
What surprised me most was how quickly my body responded to even the smallest shift. My oxygen levels, which were sitting below 95% this morning, have now climbed back up to 99–100%. My pulse, which had been racing at 128bpm, earlier this morning, has now settled right down to 79/80bpm. It’s incredible how the body notices when you give it what it actually needs.
Healthy food isn’t just fuel; it’s nourishment for your body, your energy, and your spirit. Even small choices can shift how you feel from the inside out. Here’s to getting back to what helps us feel well and whole again. 🌱🥕💪💕✨🙏
