None attachment...
We are back from our little adventures and ready for the return of classes on
The 9th June
None attachment is one of the principles of yoga philosophy.
Meaning to enjoy being in the here and now. Not worrying about the past or hurtling towards the end result..
It's a big one to dissect and can translate into many things for people.
It's one I am often thinking about as clinging onto time is a downfall of mine. Not wanting things to end.
But this trip was really needed and it was so beautiful I tried to keep this none attachment idea at the forefront of my mind.
To relax into the now.
To enjoy each moment for what it is.
Soak it up.
Free myself from clinging onto time
Stop myself from resisting the end.
Instead just enjoy and float through it...
It was like a deep cleanse. Freeing and peaceful..
