When requesting your repeat medications from the surgery, can we please ask you request the items before you run out as it can take up to 3 working days for a prescription to be processed.

Please do not call the surgery chasing a prescription unless you have waited 3 working days after requesting the medication.

We can now confirm our computer system is back up and running.

Unfortunately we are experiencing issues with our computer system. We have been notified by our IT supplier that this is an issue affecting most of the UK.

🔹We have recently seen an Increase in the number of missed appointments.
In February, 69 appointments were not attended, that’s over 17 hours of clinical time.

🔹If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know so it can be offered to another patient.

🔹You can cancel your appointment by calling the surgery or you can cancel it online at anytime.
