A little unable to put into words my gratitude for Alice Elliott….

A parcel arrived at the clinic this afternoon, with this wonderful note and replacement watering globes! 💚🪴

Alice Elliott, we haven’t me before, you spotted this post and acted with completed selflessness. I hope that if you spot my post again, you will be accepting a treatment, and perhaps a cuppa☕️ 🌿

Social media had started to appear a rather negative and unkind space, yesterday’s post was shared to turn something that could have been negative into a positive and that’s been done in absolute abundance.💚

A little overnight mystery at the clinic...🪴

One of my glass self-watering globes has been taken from the planter outside the clinic.

The planter is simply there to add a little bit of colour and happiness to people passing by. I'm very aware that it's a tiny addition to all of the wonderful things that happen here in our town - but it's something I enjoy having outside and hope brings a little joy to those who see it. 💚

There’s absolutely no judgement here, I’d like to offer the person who took it a free treatment.
Perhaps you're under a lot of stress right now and a little calm could help. Rather than being angry, I'd much rather turn this into an opportunity for kindness.

🌿 Bowen Conference 2026 - Zagreb, Croatia 🇭🇷 🌿

Back to clinic today after an incredibly inspiring weekend, spent in Zagreb. Wonderful therapists from 17 countries and 13 speakers from all over the globe, coming together to share their experiences, exciting research, medical trails, integrating Bowen as part of professional sporting recovery and injury prevention, and seeing one of Tom Bowen’s original students at work.

So looking forward to putting new things learned into practice and I can’t wait to see Bowen Therapy grow on the world health map 🌎 🙏

Of course, it wouldn’t have been the complete experience without a road trip to some beautiful lakes, waterfalls and an explore of the city 💚
