Thank you to everyone who came to our Floating Soundbaths and to our Swim, Spa and Float Retreat.

It was a beautiful chilled day all designed to relax your nervous system and to bring your mind, body and soul into balance and give you the rest and healing time you so much deserve.

We hope everyone who attended got exactly what they needed from their session

Then float effortlessly on the warm water for a deeply relaxing 75 minute Floating Sound Bath, surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes.

If you can’t join us during the day, come along for our evening Floating Sound Bath.

Simply lie back, float on the warm water and allow the sounds and vibrations of the gongs, crystal bowls and chimes to wash over you. 75 minutes where there is nothing to do and nowhere else you need to be. Just float, breathe and completely switch off. 💛✨
