As we come to the end of Week 4âŚ
Take a moment to pause.
Over the last few weeks, youâve explored small shifts in nutrition, sleep, movement and self-care. Not all at once. Not perfectly. Just one step at a time.
That matters.
If some habits felt easier than others, thatâs normal.
If you missed days, thatâs human.
If things didnât look the way you imagined, thatâs life.
The real win here isnât doing everything ârightâ.
Itâs noticing what supports you â and what doesnât.
As you move forward, you donât need to keep all four habits.
Just choose the one (or two) that felt most helpful and keep going with those.
Small shifts, repeated over time, create lasting change â especially in midlife, when kindness and consistency matter far more than willpower.
