🚨 THE FITNESS INDUSTRY HAS SOLD WOMEN A LIE 🚨
“Do this workout for slimmer thighs.”
“Do these exercises for a flat stomach.”
“Do this challenge to get rid of belly fat.”
Sounds great…
The problem?
None of it is true.
If fat loss worked like that, we’d all have six-packs after a few hundred crunches and slim legs after a few squats.
But that’s not how the body works.
Fat loss is a full-body process.
You can’t tell your body where to burn fat from any more than you can tell it where to grow your hair or what colour your eyes should be.
Your body decides.
What YOU can control is:
✅ How much you eat
✅ How much you move
✅ How consistent you are
That’s why I spend less time worrying about “fat-burning exercises” and more time helping people:
🥗 Eat better
🚶 Walk more
💪 Build strength
📈 Stay consistent
It doesn’t sound sexy.
It won’t go viral.
But it works.
