A little training can open up a world of opportunity. ☕💚

Through our partnership with Exchange Coffee Company we’ve helped some of our customers take a step towards employment by taking part in barista training.

They gained practical skills, learned more about working in the coffee industry and earned certificates to add to their achievements, helping them explore new opportunities and take their next steps towards work.

It’s a great example of what can happen when organisations work together to help people build confidence, develop new skills and move closer to their goals.

A big thank you to Exchange Coffee Company for sharing their knowledge and helping people take that next step. 💚
