If you are aged 50 and over and have recently experienced a life transition such as a bereavement, relocation, health issue that has stopped you being as independent or as confident as you would like then our new Stepping Out service can help. We will match you with a volunteer who can support you to access local activities and groups or just get out and about to the local shops or for a walk. Support will be tailored to you and we will go at your own pace - we just ask that you commit to working with your volunteer for a minimum of 6 weeks.
