Welcome to The Wellness Hub.✨

I’m Rebecca , a qualified counsellor, lymphatic drainage massage therapist, wife, mum of two, book lover, Reformer Pilates enthusiast, and someone who is still trying to remember where I’ve put my car keys most days!

I’ve been a qualified counsellor for over 10 years and hold a BA (Hons) and membership with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with adults, couples, and teenagers, supporting people through all sorts of life’s challenges, from the big stuff to the everyday struggles that can sometimes feel just as overwhelming.
I also provide supervision in schools and workplaces, and I love supporting trainee counsellors as they find their feet and grow in confidence.

More recently, I’ve added Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Brazilian Sculpting to my services. As someone who is passionate about supporting women, I wanted to offer another way to help women feel good, take time for themselves, and reconnect with their confidence and wellbeing.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, running around after our two daughters, aged 15 and 12, getting lost in a good book, out for a walk, at reformer Pilates, or convincing myself that this is definitely the week I’ll stick to a proper yoga routine!
Truthfully, I’m navigating life just like everyone else — doing my best, learning as I go, and occasionally wondering why I walked into a room in the first place.

The Wellness Hub has grown from a simple passion for helping people into something I’m incredibly proud of. My aim has always been to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and completely judgement-free. No pressure to have it all figured out. No expectation to be perfect. Just a place where you can come exactly as you are.
I’m also a huge believer in women supporting women and love championing other female business owners whenever I can!

Whatever led you here to this page, welcome! I’m so happy to have you here! There’s so much happening behind the scenes and I can’t wait to share it all with you ✨
