🚨 BIG NEWS FROM THE WELLNESS HUB! 🚨

I’m SO excited to finally share this one… 🖤

This season, The Wellness Hub is officially sponsoring my husband, Gareth, as he plays rugby for Blackburn Rugby Union Football Club! 🏉

24 years ago I first stood on the side lines watching Gareth play something he’s passionately played since the age of 7 and have stood there ever since cheering on and supporting alongside growing our family and eventually taking our girls down to support Dad too 🥹

And honestly… this one feels pretty special. 🥹

Why don’t I use tools for my lymphatic drainage and Brazilian sculpting treatments?

It’s a question I’m asked quite often…

Firstly, I want to say that I think tools absolutely have their place, and I’m not saying I’ll never incorporate them into treatments in the future.

But for me, nothing replaces skilled hands.

Every body that comes through my door is different. During a manual treatment, I can feel areas of congestion, fluid retention, tension and restriction, allowing me to adapt every movement, every pressure and every technique to exactly what your body needs on that day.

A tool can’t feel what I can.

🤍 That’s why I choose to work manually:
• Every treatment is completely personalised.
• I can respond to your body’s needs in real time.
• Gentle, precise movements encourage the lymphatic system to work naturally.
• The treatment is deeply relaxing, helping calm the nervous system as well as supporting lymphatic flow.
• Sculpting is achieved through expert technique rather than relying on force or pressure.

My philosophy has always been to work with your body, not against it.
