Empowering and Achievements. One of the most beautiful things about running The Treatment Room over the last 21 years are the moments you get young girls saying to their parents, “I want to tell Raz, Auntie Raz about this achievement” whether it’s a work experience in Africa, Camp America work experience or that they got the job after an interview session at the salon.
During waxing and laser sessions, I generally have a Ted talk or a Podcast playing. Discussing ideas and empowering girls and boys has been a byproduct of our salon services. It’s giving inspiration to get up and achieve. You can do it, persevere and dedicate to your goals.

My goal for the last 10 years has been giving at least 6 weeks a year to volunteering, whether it’s Sub Saharan Africa, Lebanon or Pakistan. The by product of this has been seen by my clients who are applying for some amazing projects in Africa. Say Yes to everything. I will support you in any way I can.
