šš Mental Health Awareness Week šš
I speak about mental health like any other subject, I think in this career itās just become part of me and I donāt think twice about it but I feel itās still so taboo, generational conditioning has taught us to keep quiet or āget over itā & just live with it, which is pretty wild considering every part of our lives can be effected when weāre struggling!
So many people find Mental Health hard to talk about, never mind reaching out for help when theyāre going through something tough ā¹ļø
My work isnāt always for everyone, some people donāt understand it, brush it off, feel itās scary, sometimes they just have a lot of resistance and canāt see past how theyāre feeling in the moment & again itās typically taboo⦠but I am here. Even if my services arenāt for you & youāre struggling, you can still always message me, I can sign post you to lots of different health professionals & charities that will be able to help.
Monday kicked off Mental Health Awareness week, the theme is Action.
If you are feeling low, if youāre struggling, please take ACTION. It may not feel easy but the relief of finally admitting youāre struggling in someway can be huge! It doesnāt make you weak, in fact when you come out the other side you will see how strong you are, it could save your life šš„¹
Finally, sending the biggest of happy birthdays to my beautiful friend up in the sky today ⨠Thinking of you always šš
