✨ THE 9/9 PORTAL IS OPEN ✨

And I nearly bloody missed it! 😂🔮

Today is 9/9 — and spiritually, the number 9 is associated with completion, release, wisdom and closing cycles.

And perhaps there’s something you already know you’ve outgrown.

A relationship.
A friendship.
An old version of yourself.
Fear.
People pleasing.
Self-doubt.
A habit that keeps pulling you backwards.
Or simply carrying things that were never yours to carry in the first place.

✨ Today, ask yourself:

What am I ready to stop taking with me?

Because releasing something doesn’t mean it never mattered.

Sometimes it simply means its part in your story is complete.

And there’s another gorgeous little layer to this…

2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 → 1

In numerology, 1 represents new beginnings, independence and stepping into a new cycle.

So today carries a beautiful message:

🐾🔮 THE FURRY INFLUENCERS ARE BACK… 🔮🐾

Apparently Bella and Doris have noticed I’ve been doing far too much talking about spirituality, crystals and mindfulness without consulting Bella-Mente’s actual management team.

So they’ve called a meeting. 🙄😂

💜 DORIS:
“Good morning beautiful souls. Today we’d like you to remember that you are loved, you are enough, and you deserve to make a little time for yourself.”

🐾 BELLA:
“Excellent. Are there biscuits?”

💜 DORIS:
“No Bella. We’re talking about mindfulness.”

🐾 BELLA:
“Can you mindfully eat biscuits?”

💜 DORIS:
“Technically…”

🐾 BELLA:
“THEN I’M IN.”

Doris would also like everyone to take three lovely slow breaths this morning and set an intention for the day. 🌿✨

Bella’s intention is apparently to convince everyone that she’s wasting away since being put on a diet.

She isn’t.

She’s had breakfast. 😂

And of course, you’ll regularly meet Bella & Doris — our resident Furry Influencers. 🐾

🤎 Doris is the loving one — cuddles, affection and generally trying to maintain some professionalism around here.

🤍 Bella is the cheeky one — mainly motivated by food and currently deeply offended by the word diet. 😂

I believe wellbeing doesn’t have to be perfect, polished or serious.

Sometimes healing looks like an hour on the massage couch, finally letting those shoulders drop.

Sometimes it’s Reiki, reflexology or meditation.

Sometimes it’s finally saying NO without feeling guilty.

Sometimes it’s buying yourself the crystal because it makes you happy.

And sometimes it’s shutting the world out, lighting a candle and having five bloody minutes to yourself. 🙌😂

Everything I do here comes back to one thing…

You keep going because things need doing.

✨ Tuesday morning thought…

Have you ever noticed that sometimes you KNOW something before you can explain how you know it?

You walk into a room and something feels off.

You meet somebody and instantly feel comfortable with them… or you don’t.

You think about someone you haven’t spoken to for months and suddenly they message.

Or there’s that little voice saying…

“Don’t do it.”

And you do it anyway.

Then two days later you’re sitting there thinking…

I bloody knew it. 😂🙄

We call it intuition.
Gut instinct.
Energy.
A sixth sense.

Whatever you choose to call it, I think we’ve become very good at talking ourselves out of what we feel.

We look for proof.
We overthink.
We ask everybody else’s opinion.
We convince ourselves we’re being silly.

Yet sometimes that first quiet feeling was the one worth listening to. 🔮

So here’s today’s little experiment…

Before you ask everyone else what they think, sit quietly for a moment and ask yourself.

✨ Monday morning… here we go again. ☕️💜

Here’s something I’ve been thinking about…

We put an awful lot of pressure on ourselves to suddenly become a completely new person on a Monday.

This week I’ll be more organised.
I’ll eat better.
I’ll exercise.
I’ll sort my life out.
I’ll answer every message.
I’ll clear that cupboard that’s been judging me since 2023. 😂

And then real life happens.

So maybe this week doesn’t need a new you.

Maybe it just needs you to choose one thing that would make life feel a little better.

One boundary you actually keep.

One thing you’ve been putting off.

One walk.

One early night.

One conversation.

One little promise to yourself that you actually intend to keep.

Because change doesn’t always arrive with fireworks, vision boards and the universe dramatically rearranging itself. 🔮✨

Sometimes it’s much quieter than that.

It’s simply deciding:

“I’m not doing that to myself anymore.”

Or…

“I’m going to start doing this for myself.”

Small shifts become big changes when we keep choosing them. 🌿

So, no pressure to conquer the world before lunchtime.
