Unfortunaltey we are having to reshedule as its too wet for everyone ti sit and relax / liedown for sound bath the next date will be decided over next fer days were really sorry guys but we want everyone and tgeir kids to feel comfortable im gutted 😭💙

2pm Soundbath is Still going ahead as westher is to brighten up from 1pm and alot less likely to rain from 2pm. Obviousky we will keeo an eye on it but up to now yes gping ahead. Bring light jackets if need be, a mat / blankets to sit on. See you there if anything changes we will let you know

For all attending the sound bath tomorrow please meet in the area on the grass behind cricket club on stanley park there are two paths that run either side of the cricket club you can access it.

Looking forward to seeing you at 2pm, please bring something to lie on and drinks.

Tuesday 4th August 2pm we are bringing you a community Soundbath for families, parents, carers, kids, individuals. INCLUSIVE FOR ALL 💙

This is a FREE event but there will be a donations bucket as the wonderful Adam Clark from Healing Frequencies leads you through the community soundbath. Tickets will be capped for numbers so please book your tickets asap as i will close booking once weve reached capacity.

Loction confirmed at booking.
Children need to be supervised your family is your responsibility. Great opportunity to build stronger connections, relaxation, meditation and meet others in a calm and outdoor environment.
