We are walking with Blackpool FC Community Trust on Wednesday and it’s our monthly walk in Stanley park on Thursday.

MENOPAUSE & CANCER 🤔

With cancer treatment often triggering menopause, 40% of women under 40 and 70%-90% of women over 40 enter permanent menopause as a result of their treatment.

Many women say that navigating menopause after cancer feels harder than chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgery altogether.

It is our mission to ensure every cancer patient receives the information and support they need to navigate menopause after cancer. We bring together a community of experts with our community of patients to connect, share and educate.

Menopause and Cancer are a support organisation helping those affected by menopause and cancer. We help women in surgical menopause, medical menopause after cancer treatment. We offer group services and online workshops.

Meet Tracey our Yoga Instructor!
Tracey has been passionate about Yoga for 40 years. She fulfilled her dream of running her own Yoga business, after qualifying as a teacher in Kerala, South India, in 2014. As well as teaching and hosting workshops in the UK, Tracey is part of the teaching faculty at a School based in Kerala, where she leads retreats and teaches Yoga and Ayurveda to students from around the world. Tracey became certified to teach Yoga for cancer patients in 2018 and offers classes that are designed to feel welcoming and accommodating regardless of age and mobility.
