❤️ BACK TO SCHOOL, BACK TO YOU! ❤️

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

GADGET ALERT ⚠️

Breakfast today was honey & nut shredded wheat very tasty with banana! 40g is a healthy extra fibre choice.

Plus a home made latte - Slimming World Style - using some of my measured milk allowance.

Shots of espresso cheaply done using espresso coffee (off Amazon) and brewed using an Italian Moka pot (it's what them Italians use!) you can get one on Amazon for £10!
