FCMS has delivered health and care services on behalf of the NHS since 1994. If you are a patient whether your contact with FCMS is via NHS 111, urgent care, a diagnostic test, a dental appointment, through one of our community outreach services, or via a remote consultation you will always be treated with dignity and respect. We are proud to innovate and we utilise the very latest technology to support clinicians in their day-to-day work. We also take pride in the development of our people and support colleagues to grow in their roles, acquire new skills and obtain recognised qualifications. FCMS is a social enterprise and we are fully committed to reinvesting into staff development and wellbeing, as well as improving patient care and supporting the communities in which we work and live. We work closely with local charity partners to maximise the social value that we can deliver to our local communities. 💪 Help your body fight flu this winter

We are providing free flu vaccinations for people with eligible long-term health conditions on our Mobile Wellness Hub and at community clinics across Blackpool and Fleetwood this October.

Loss is something we all experience, but it's not always easy to talk about. That's why events like Good Grief Festival - Blackpool are so important, creating space for open conversations around grief, loss and remembrance through talks, workshops, music, art and community activities.

The festival takes place across Blackpool from 8-11 October 2026 and has been brought together by a range of local organisations including Trinity Hospice, Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Empowerment and others.

Today, we'd like to add our voice to the tributes being paid to Esther Rantzen.

We are proud to have been a provider of The Silver Line, the charity Esther founded to combat loneliness and isolation among older people. The Silver Line reflected the compassion, care and commitment to others that defined her life's work.

Our thoughts are with Esther's family, friends and loved ones and with everyone inspired by her extraordinary legacy. Her impact on so many lives will not be forgotten. 💙

We're delighted to have helped support local T Level Science students as they completed the industry placement hours needed for their qualifications.

Working alongside Blackpool and The Fylde College and O'Brien's Pharmacy, we helped ensure students could gain valuable workplace experience and continue progressing towards their future careers.

Our Head of Training and Development, Sam Bentley, said:
