A few years ago I went through a programme with the prince's trust ( now called the kings trust) they helped me with some funding to get myself up and running in business. I am so grateful and wouldn't be where I am today without them!! But it gets better....

I did a bit of volunteer work with them to help young people through the programme and guess what... 

I WAS INVITED TO GO TO A GARDEN PARTY AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE 😅 

Still can't believe it happened! What an amazing day it was. The atmosphere was something I will never forget. I felt so posh as well I might add 🤣 

Meeting all the inspirational volunteers, meeting Simon Cowell and watching the king walk about. Whhhatttt?! 😅 

So I've been up and running about 3 years now providing Massage, sound healing, Reiki, sound baths and most recently this year I have been working at wellbeing & corporate events, running Reiki courses and overnight gong baths. What a special 3 years it has been. Thank you everyone who has supported willow brook healing 🙏

💫 This session is all about helping you slow down, connect to your breath, quiet the mind, and really tune into deep relaxation. My intention is to help you to switch off from the outside world, find some peace within your mind, and create the time and space for you to fully relax and reset.

✨ First, I will guide you through a meditation to help you get into a safe space where you can feel all your tention and stress melt away. I will then introduce the beautiful relaxing vibrations of crystal bowls, tibetan bowls and chimes.

🕉️ The journey will be a gentle soundscape of peaceful tones and therapeutic melodies. Hope you can make it :)

Hi everyone, I'm running g a sound bath from Oakdale community centre on Sunday and it will be centered around letting go.

If you feel you might be holding onto something from the past or maybe have any old emotional pain still there that you don't need, or the weight of stress weighing you down, this sound bath with the gongs & drum journey will help you to process and release :)
