Employer Engagement - Supported Employment

Are you passionate about inclusive employment, building relationships with employers, and helping people access meaningful work opportunities? We’d love to hear from you!

We’re recruiting an Employer Engagement & Training Officer (ETO) to develop partnerships with employers across Gwent, create work placements and trials, and deliver disability awareness training to promote inclusive workplace practices.

Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until March 2029, supported by the National Lottery Fund

📍 Interview date: Friday 20 November 2026

Want to build your confidence, learn about wellbeing and meet new people?

Our Wellbeing Skills Workshops, delivered as part of our Bright Futures project, are for people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and complex disabilities.

💬 You don't need to:
✅ Be looking for a job
✅ Be ready for work
✅ Have any previous experience

You can learn at your own pace, meet people and build your confidence in a friendly and supportive environment. 💙
