I’ve gone off on one and I’m ok with it. (Prepare for a mini podcast!)
I’ve lost the energy to hustle and I’m tired of consuming all I see on socials about birth and the maternity services. I’m tired of hearing the horror stories on repeat (it hurts my heart and I ache for the women who live in the aftermath) and I’m sick of the enquiries and investigations! Why is it so hard to realise the enormity of having a baby?! Why is it taking so long to listen to women and the women who work in the profession?
Why are we not making it better for women at this critical stage of womanhood? A time of fragility, vulnerability and immense power?!

If men were being led down a path of coercion, having strangers fingers inserted into their p***s, lights shone up between their legs, being pinned down to beds, coaxed into taking drugs, or being unnecessarily cut open there would literally be uproar!

Listen.
Listen to me - it doesn’t have to be this way. And if any part of you knows this to be true - let’s talk.
We can remember the ancient wisdom of the women who came before us and we can use this ancient wisdom to have a modern birth.
This is 2026 - how have maternal deaths increased in the last decade???

I don’t want to scare you but I want to wake you up to the reality. You need to know birth better and how your body works and how you can work with it to ensure you are not left to slide along a conveyor belt of inductions, interventions, surgery and trauma.

✨ A note on Birthology ✨

Birthology, my immersive group container, is currently between cohorts.
It’s basically a blend between antenatal education, hypnobirthing, village building and birth cheerleading all rolled into one.

If you've been quietly wondering about it, watching from afar, or saving posts about it for later - I see you, and I want you to know what's coming.

When the doors open again, Birthology will be:

→ A live, six-week journey, held by me each week live on Zoom (because birth is a human experience and I want to walk the path with you)

→ A small, intentional circle of women preparing for birth together (there is nothing better than sharing this experience)

→ Evidence-based learning blended with embodied, holistic practice

→ Designed for the woman who wants more than standard antenatal education and who believes her birth can be what she wants. The one who is curious but discerning, ready to meet birth as a rite of passage rather than something to get through and endure.

It's not just a course you watch. This is my curation of what I think you need to know about having a baby. From early stages of creation and unlearning what you know about birth, to knowing the impact your birth environment has, and navigating appointments and postpartum.
